Scope of application<\/strong><br \/>\nThese General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between JR Automobile, Wipperf\u00fcrther Stra\u00dfe 320, 51515 K\u00fcrten (hereinafter \u201cwe\u201d or \u201cus\u201d) and our customers who purchase vehicles or services within the scope of our offer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Contractual partner and conclusion of contract<\/strong><br \/>\nThe contractual partners are us, JR Automobile, and the customer. A contract is concluded when the customer accepts a binding offer from us, whether by purchase, written confirmation or online order. The contract is fulfilled by delivery or handover of the vehicle to the customer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Fahrzeugpreise und Zahlung<\/strong><br \/>\nAll prices quoted are in euros and include statutory VAT. Additional costs, such as for registration, license plates or transport costs, must be paid separately. Payment of the purchase price shall be made in accordance with the agreements set out in the contract or invoice. We accept payments by bank transfer, cash or credit card.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Delivery and collection<\/strong><br \/>\nThe vehicle will be delivered to the address specified by the customer or the handover will take place at our location in K\u00fcrten, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times may vary and depend on the availability of the vehicle. We will inform the customer in good time in the event of a delay. The transportation costs will be communicated to the customer in advance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Right of withdrawal and rescission<\/strong><br \/>\nThe customer may withdraw from the contract as long as the vehicle is still in our yard and has not been registered. However, as soon as the vehicle is registered and taken over by the customer, the right of return expires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Warranty and liability for defects<\/strong><br \/>\nThe statutory warranty rights apply. Our vehicles are used cars and are sold as such. All vehicles are subjected to an extensive inspection prior to sale. Should a defect nevertheless occur, you are entitled to subsequent performance in the form of repair. The right to warranty expires if subsequent modifications or repairs have been carried out by the buyer without our consent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Liability<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence in accordance with the statutory provisions. We shall only be liable for slight negligence if an essential contractual obligation is breached. Liability for indirect damage or loss of profit is excluded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Registration service and additional services<\/strong><br \/>\nOur additional services, such as the registration service, are offered at the customer's request. All fees incurred, such as registration fees or license plate costs, are borne by the customer. We ensure that the vehicle is registered before handover if the customer has selected this option.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Data protection<\/strong><br \/>\nThe protection of your personal data is important to us. Your data will only be processed in accordance with the statutory provisions. You can find further information on this in our privacy policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Final provisions<\/strong><br \/>\nThe law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of our company in K\u00fcrten, as far as legally permissible. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. Changes to the GTC<\/strong><br \/>\nWe reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time.
